It must sum up what the company does in a very small amount of space. The logo must be legible at the smallest size. So, therefore, it needs to be simple, clean and well designed from a concept viewpoint.

The logo sets the look for the entire marketing package. It sets the style, colors, and font for which to use throughout a marketing campaign. It is the glue that ties it all together.
